Rivendell is a residential home which is an action-based project focusing on innovative approaches to enhance social inclusion for people with behaviours that may challenge. As a service we are committed to improving physical and mental health by ensuring people with challenging behaviour can enjoy normal life opportunities because their behaviour is properly understood and they receive appropriate individualised support.

Lorien is a 5 bedded residential home. The team at the home are able to meet varying degrees of healthcare and social care needs for those people aged over 18 with learning disabilities as follows:-
- Epilepsy management
- Diabetes
- Sensory or communications impairments
- Behaviours that may challenge
- Enteral feeding, special dietary needs, etc
- Varying degrees of incontinence
- Mental health needs
- Haematological disorders
- Musculoskeletal system disorder
