Parkfields – Langdale and Keswick

Specialising in behaviours that may challenge

Rachel Craven, Care Manager at Parkfields

Parkfields is a residential service, based in Wolverhampton, specialising in behaviours that challenge, autism, epilepsy and promoting positive opportunities for adults with a learning disability.

Each person has an individualised care package and leisure programme offering meaningful and stimulating activities, enabling people to develop new skills and achieve their goals and aspirations.

All at Parkfields have a positive presence within their local community and everything we do is about valuing and supporting each individual to achieve their full potential.

Parkfields opened in 2005 as a direct response, which was identified for specialist learning disability services within Wolverhampton. Parkfields is now well established with the majority of people having been resettled from long stay hospitals. The official opening of the project was a great success with John Barnes, the ex-Liverpool and England footballer, leading the celebrations.

...they are the most loveliest people I have ever met and their approach to the clients is commendable. They are a credit to the Jaffray name.
