Lime Court – Nursing care for adults

Lime Court is within walking distance to Erdington High Street and minutes away from Birmingham City Centre. Lime Court first opened in 1991 providing 24 hour comprehensive nursing care  for those individuals who have complex health care needs, physical disability, sensory impairment, mental health needs or require palliative care.

Lime Court offers small scale, bespoke care in a homely environment.

There are 4 bungalows, housing 4 to 7 bedrooms each. The nursing team are qualified first level registered nurses .We have an excellent skill mix of general, mental health and learning disability qualified nursing staff. Their professional expertise expands to many nursing interventions and related areas of care. All Service users are assigned to a named nurse and also a key worker, this enables us and ensures that person centred approach of care is being delivered.

The team at the home are able to meet varying degrees of healthcare.  These primary and complex needs include:-

The team at Lime Court work very closely with the NHS Community Multi disciplinary team who are situated in the health centre opposite. The various healthcare specialists are easily accessible and we have excellent working relationships working towards personalised care for our Service users.

We pride ourselves on team work and ensuring that all who live at the home and those that visit are always welcome at anytime as we have an open door policy.

All service users are empowered to make informed choices and decisions about their quality of life and are very much involved in all aspects of health and social care needs. We have the following available for all to use.
