Working for Jaffray Care

Statement from one of our long serving employees:

“Lime Court (then known as Jaffray Nursing Home) was commissioned in 1991 by North Birmingham Health Authority.

I have been fortunate enough to have been employed at Lime Court since its inception, and have seen its development from when the buildings were still under construction, to the premium establishment it is today. Regardless of all the changes during my time working for Jaffray, I can confidently say that the underpinning ethic of care is still of primary importance to all its employees, and the basis on which company’s philosophy is built.”

...I have seen that Jaffray is a remarkable organisation, taking care of vulnerable adults. ...the phrase "you raise me up" comes to mind when I think of Jaffray...

...they are the most loveliest people I have ever met and their approach to the clients is commendable. They are a credit to the Jaffray name.
