Our policy is to establish and maintain a comprehensive and effective Quality Assurance Programme, which is planned and developed in conjunction with all employees. We are committed to provide exactly the right level of care and support with a full team of highly qualified and specially trained staff who are capable of dealing with individual service users’ needs.

As stated from a recent inspection report:

Staff told us that they enjoyed working in the bungalows. They said that they had good access to relevant training so that they knew how to care for the people who lived there. They said that there were good opportunities for training and a good level of support from managers.
